The India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Limited (IIBX) on June 22, 2026, issued a circular regarding submission of System Audit Report by Members for the period ended March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated:-
•Members using trading software are required to conduct an annual system audit and submit the System Audit Report for the period April 2025–March 2026 by June 30, 2026.
•Corrective Action Taken Reports and Follow-on Audit Reports must be submitted by September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2026, respectively.
•Reports must be emailed to the Exchange along with management comments for completion of compliance.
•The circular supersedes all previous Exchange circulars on member system audits, and non-compliance may attract disciplinary action or charges.
